Ms Dhoni took the captaincy of India in 2007 and shows his leadership quality by winning the T20 world cup in 2007 and this T20 world cup held for first time in the history of cricket and winning this world cup is the biggest achievement for Indian cricket as well as for Ms Dhoni and by winning this world Ms Dhoni shows that Indian cricket is now in the good hands for the future victories.

 India also found some young talents in this world cup like Rohit sharma, Irfan phatan an many more.
 The biggest achievement for Ms dhoni and for cricket India is winning the world cup of 2011 and India won this world cup after 28 years after the world cup of 1983 which make it amore precious achievement and India create history once again after the 28 years and for India Sachin tendulkar is the highest run -getter and Yuvraj singh for his stunning performance declared as man of the tournament .

This victory is enough to show that Ms Dhoni is a great leader who helps the India in winning the two Icc trophies with in the 4 years.After 2 years India went to England in order to play champions trophy and this time MS DHONI  have a  young team with full of youngters including rohit sharma and shikhar dhawan  and some other players.it was an unexperienced team that was able to compete with the world class tems of that time and even able to win the tournament under the leadership of one of the greatest  captain indi have ever witnessed and the name of the captain was mahendra singh dhoni .
